What we collect

• When you list a property: your name, phone, email, company, the property details, address, map pin and photos.
• When you enquire or post a requirement: your name, phone, email, company and message.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

To review and publish listings, to contact you about your listing or enquiry, and to connect owners with businesses looking for space. We do not sell your details.

What is public

Published listings show the property details, the area or estate, an approximate map area and the photos. Owner phone numbers, e-mail addresses, exact addresses and exact map pins are never shown publicly. Location data stored inside photos is removed when they are uploaded.

Who we share it with

When you enquire about a listing, we may share your name, company and requirement with that property's owner or broker so they can arrange a visit. Our hosting, storage and e-mail providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as the listing or enquiry is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time.
