Shipping and delivery policy

Farbe Warehouses, run by Farbe Enterprise, Ankleshwar, Gujarat 393002, provides online services: a portal to list and find warehouse space, and optional paid plans. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no courier delivery.
Paid plans
- A plan is delivered online, to the account that bought it, as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment to us. This normally takes a few minutes.
- You receive a confirmation e-mail, and the plan, its end date and the invoice appear under Plan & billing.
- If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with the payment reference: we will switch it on or refund the payment in full.
- Plans work anywhere in India and need only a web browser.
Listings and enquiries
- Listing a property is free. A listing is published after our team reviews it, usually within one working day.
- Enquiries and requirements reach our team at once; we call or write back to arrange details and site visits.
- Leases, sales and site visits are arranged between the people involved; Farbe Enterprise does not transport goods or hand over property as part of these services.
